I tend to over think things-I’d say one of my many weaknesses (very rarely a strength). Because of that, I’ve been a bit stressed recently as well as a bit lost. I try to constantly remind myself that many of my “problems” are a reflection of how blessed and privileged I am. Sometimes just reminding yourself to smile or have a laugh at some stupid TikTok really helps…something about the physical act of smiling or laughing makes many negative feelings dissipate-albeit sometimes just briefly…still makes you feel better! Just don’t look in the mirror while you do it. Just creeps you out and keeps you awake 🤡 Ok I’m out ✌️
